On June 16 we submitted a new title for Heirloom (II) (2014) and it is still not posted on IMDb and we have received no emails regarding the status. Thank you for your help. The reference number is  140616-142850-384000

Vicki: This is a duplicate post -- if you can delete your other post with the same message before anyone responds to it, that would be preferable.

Is either Heirloom (2014/II) at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3806774/ or Heirloom (2014/III) at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3825634/ your film? (Actually, they appear to be the same as each other, so they may need to be merged with each other.)

If not, please post your last full data submission here on this message board. You can copy it out of the receipt you would have received from IMDb by e-mail immediately after sending it in. Some of the regulars on the board may review it and, if they can, they may provide suggestions as to how to improve the submission to get it included in the database.

They are the same title/film. I have submitted to merge Heirloom (2014/III) to Heirloom (2014/II). All of the information - cast and crew members, etc. is not listed in either one of the titles - it was all there when I submitted it. Do I need to re-submit the entire thing?  Thank You

There is a backlog in the Filmography: Cast (Non-TV) section that goes back to June 20, and comparable backlogs in many other sections of the database (see http://www.imdb.com/czone/times/).

I would recommend waiting another week and see if some more cast and crew members show up in the listing before I would be concerned. If no additional cast and crew show up within a week, then you may want to re-submit. But if some more show up during that time, that would suggest to me that the cast and crew are getting processed, albeit slowly, and re-submitting would not be necessary.

That might just mean that it's still processing.  When merges go through, data tends to disappear/reappear as the pages rebuild.

Re-submitting while changes are processing slow the process greatly.  I'd wait a bit and see if staff can check the status or if they data reappears...whichever comes first...

They're not likely too active today/tonight as it's a Sunday.  They might be able to check on it Monday (tomorrow).

Did you notice the note to delete your duplicate post?  If you cannot delete it, perhaps staff can merge these two threads also https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/june_16_new_title_not_posted_to_imdb_and_no_email_communicat...

Thank you both for your help. Before I will give it more time. But one last question...Before I submitted the merge (I submitted the merge (just a few seconds ago) neither title was and still are not coming up when searched for on IMDb. It only appears when I use the link you provided in this post. Shouldn't i be able to search for it by it's title?

Yes.  You should.  I get it when I search. However, if I don't list a year, since there are twenty or so, I have to click "more title matches" to get them all on the page.  If I, however, search "Heirloom (2014)", the three from 2014 come up first (or first three, I should say).

Vicki: Actually, they do come up in searches; it's just that there are a lot of films called "Heirloom" and these two entries (for this same film) are low on the list.

Go to the main IMDb search box and enter heirloom, then click the search icon.

On the search results screen, you may not see these entries yet, but you can click "Exact title matches". You should then find these two entries around the 11th and 15th (last) positions on the list of films titled "Heirloom".

Vicki,
FYI as per gromit's comments above, Heirloom (2014/III) has now been merged into Heirloom (2014/II) so only one version of the title is listed now.

Pretty thin on the ground in terms of cast and crew detail though...

That is another problem. It was submitted with full cast, crew, and information. I do not understand where all of this information went!
