Keep getting an unexpected error message

Keep getting an unexpected error message. Within the message it says to contact support if the problem persists. I’ve tried closing the app and restarting it and the issue is still continuing.

All I’m trying to do is watch Chicago Fire off the website. Multiple episodes have given me the error message.
