Keyword declined

I had another keyword declined (well a few but some are probably controversial and I don't care to argue about them). However, on the American Horror Story episode Fire and Reign, I tried to add to keyword "triple-f-rated". The episode is written by Asha Michelle Wilson, a woman, directed by Jennifer Arnold, another woman, and 4 of the 5 top billed stars are women. How could anyone look at the cast/crew list and say there isn't enough evidence for this keyword?
