Both can be valid, one can pertain to the ceremony whereas the other could pertain to the award.

There are seven "oscar" keywords and eleven "academy-award" keywords, so don't make any rash decision to combine or remove them.  There are usually no easy fixes on such concerns.. They need to br carefully audited so appropriateness can be determined.
