Keyword Processing Problem

I have had keywords deleted within the last week.

Thanks for posting all the relevant submission details, I noted that all these submissions were made on June 11 or 12, as you can see on our current Data Processing Times Keyword data is only processed through June 8th, so all these submissions are still pending review.  Please rest assured that these submissions should be reviewed shortly by our staff (likely within the next few days, though note  I cannot guarantee a specific time frame).

Please remember that contributions are not processed strictly in the order they are received; we optimize processing for overall efficiency and accuracy. As Michelle highlights, what counts is the date of the oldest unprocessed items on https://contribute.imdb.com/times

I do remember that -- very well, and repeatedly.  But the problem is with Update History info, where the deletion submissions are nor being deleted.  And with the keyword search of titles on the Update History, where the deletion submissions may or may not be shown as processed.

So... I took the considerable time to resubmit all the original submissions, and they were ALL processed efficiently.  So, the problem must stem from IMDb's processing on June 11, and especially on June 12.  Something happened then.  That's what should be investigated rather than repeating the well-known statement that submissions are nor always processed "in order of submission."  That is a well-known and acknowledged fact, but it does not explain why this problem occurred.
