Keyword super-heroes vs superhero

In this thread (https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/-super-hero-es-keywords-issue), Michelle said that, among others, the keyword super-heroes (https://www.imdb.com/search/keyword/?keywords=super-heroes) would be merged into the singular keyword superhero (https://www.imdb.com/search/keyword/?keywords=superhero). This hasn't happened yet. Can a staffer fix this please?

Just a tidbit of trivia: super-heroes, I believe, was trademarked by DC, while superhero is a term in general. Not that I'm disagreeing that these two definitely should've been merged, which was done.

In fact, DC and Marvel think that when people hear superhero, they think of D.C and Marvel so that they should have a trademark on the word.

I totally disagree with them, you can't have a word that existed before the creation of the two companies.

Interesting facts: "bubble wrap" is trademarked by Sealed Air Corporation, the correct term is "inflated cushioning". The term "fiberglass" is trademarked by Owens Corning, the correct term is "glass wool".

According to the same website: https://digitalsynopsis.com/advertising/generic-trademark-product-brand-names/ Superheroes is trademarked by DC Comics and Marvel comics.
