In a previous thread (https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/keyword-william-shakespeare-added-in-the-past-month), I pointed out that recently, the keyword william-shakespeare was added to a title in the database. Because standalone names shouldn't be a keyword (see the guide: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/keywords/GXQ22G5Y72TH8MJ5?ref_=helpms_helpart_inli...#), staffer Jaime removed the keyword from said title and took "appropriate action."
This hasn't really helped, because currently, there are two titles with the wrong keyword william-shakespeare: https://www.imdb.com/search/keyword/?keywords=william-shakespeare.
Can a staffer delete these keywords, can a block be created for this keyword and can the person(s) who added this be contacted to point out the keywords guide please?
