I don't think "Christian-Movie" should be merged with "Christian-Film".
I think both of them should be merged with "Christian".
Because neither "Christian-Movie" nor "Christian-Film" makes sense. (as shown in the picture below) Everybody knows it's going to be a movie or a tv show since it's Internet Movie Database.

They probably need merged into something like "christian theme". You could have the keyword "christian" in a non-christian film.

Yeah it's not there. I use the contact form more or less daily and have received plenty of replies. But this matter never gets answered for some strange reason.

You know, maybe they are ignoring this one because that no matter what they do to this group of keywords, within hours contributors are back hard at work undoing what they've done, or submitting complaints to the direct e-mail that this way is the only way this should be listed or some such organization will file litigation if you do not blah blah blah!!!!

Ok, but if that's the case I'd like them to tell me, so I can quit wasting time fixing THEIR website on a VOLUNTARILY basis.
