The link for the legacy polls (http://www.imdb.com/poll/questions) no longer works. This link reverts to http://www.imdb.com/poll/, which is the link to the current IMDb polls.

If possible, please restore the Legacy IMDb Poll archive. It is a good reference for poll authors when creating new polls; it provides a sense of history of the kind of polls that IMDb has run in the past.

Fortunately, the Internet Archive has an archive version of the main page (https://web.archive.org/web/20150427204618/http://www.imdb.com/poll/questions) and many of the results pages. However, it is less convenient for IMDb users to access.

We currently have 3,992 polls that have gone live with the current IMDb poll systems and will soon have 4,000 polls. Likewise, we have over 9,000,000 votes with the current IMDb poll system and expect to have 10,000,000 votes by the end of June 2016. It would be great to have the Legacy IMDb Poll archive back in place before we celebrate our 10,000,000th vote.

Hi Dan,

Unfortunately, we are unable to restore the legacy IMDb Poll. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Trevor,

Thank you for checking into this and replying. Although I am disappointed, I suspected that IMDb's new architecture would not support the legacy IMDb Poll.

By the way, the new version of the IMDb Poll will be celebrating its third anniversary on Sunday September 4, 2016.
