One possible reason why you might not be able to post a star rating for the title is the page has a release date of 2017. If you know the specific date the film was released in theatres, you could submit an update correcting the release date.

The release date is only listed as 2017. For IMDb ratings, this means that it will be released on December 31, 2017 and you will not be able to rate it before that date. Adding a more specific release date will fix this problem.
