Limited release dates and wide release dates

Release dates - help.  When I go to IMBD to see when a new movie is being released, we need the wide release date as the limited releases never show in our area.  Thanks

Please can you describe the problem in more detail so we can investigate?  In which country are you located? Do you have a few example titles? Which IMDb interface are you using (web site, mobile website or mobile app) and which pages have the problem?

For example, if you are in the US then on http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1663202/ you should see the date displayed near the top of the page as 8 January 2016, whereas on http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1663202/releaseinfo you can see that it had a limited release in the US on 25 December 2015
