List - Can you show date added / date watched?

I have created a list to keep track of all the films I watch in 2019.  I have added my first film and have noticed you can sort by Date Added but I can't see a way to display the date added / date watched.  Is there a way? Thanks.

You need to enter the edit page for your list as explained there:

Even if you are not going to edit a list, the dates of addition are visible there only.
