We are saddened to hear that prolific actor Edward Herrmann passed away on New Year's Eve, 2014. Besides his many acting roles (130 credits on IMDb, not including individual TV episodes), he was also a popular stage actor, winning a Tony in 1976, and he hosted and narrated many shows on the History Channel.
