Rambo (2008) should certainly be on the list, that would be my pick.

If you're gonna put Rambo on the list at least specify Rambo 5. And from the original list, it should be Saving Private Ryan because I've worked in surgery as a scrub nurse for 25 yrs and believe me, there's nothing gorier than special effects that you can't distinguish from the real thing. Private Ryan gets major kudos, and I'm a real stickler for fake special effects, horror or otherwise. I don't like wasting my time on fake effects. I usually only need 5 to 10 minutes to decide if a movie is worth watching.
