Did people not understand the question? It wasn't which American movie was Woo's best movie, it was which one best represented his Hong form. Clearly, to anyone that has seen a Woo HK actioner, that Hard Target (his first US film) was the closest. Face-Off and MI-2 were merely his most successful.
