A late 60s (?) classic about a woman who only keeps her romantic partners for one year. She is an artist and its set in france or italy, i think. I thought it was a Leslie Caron film but i dont see anything like it in her filmography.

It’s actually only for a month at a time but the plot summary does say that she is an artist. It was remade in 2001 with Charlize Theron and Keanu Reeves.
