Make ‘Search’ simple again

The app’s Search functionality - which had previously been accessible via a single tap into the Search field - is now a two tap process: tap the icon in the bottom bar to make the Search field visible...then tap IN the field before one can begin entering the Search term. That’s poor UI/UX design.

Simplify, simplify, simplify.
