Manoel de Oliveira died at 106 years

Manoel de Oliveira died at 106 years .  The Portuguese filmmaker was the oldest director in the world in activity.  With over 50 films made , was the only director still active who had seen the passage of silent film to sound and black and white to color .  The director was born in Cedofeita parish in Porto on December 11, 1908 .
