As a result, the above "road-map" was not usefull...

IMDb Official Reps, please can you explain why the bold numbers were declined?
Namely:
190118-020741-985000
190118-020652-234000
190118-020606-807000
190118-020513-443000
190118-020416-912000

In this case I did not provide much evidence, but it was enough to merge 2 profiles into the correct one for Mark White (Spin Doctors). So, it is completely illogical to decline further separating the Spin Doctors' credits out from Mark White (ABC) profile.

I presuppose, it might be more fruitful to approve the mini-bio, for your colleagues to mark where is the right "basket" to throw in. But the bio is pending under the previous numbers:
190118-014250-956000
190117-215235-037000

Where are we going?

Hi MAthePA,

I have re-submitted the credit corrections on your behalf and these should be live on the site shortly. In future when submitting a correction to move a credit to a different name, please include an explanation of why you believe the correction should be made as this will assist our data editors in verifying the correction.

Thanks
Meredith

In view of this situation, I'd like to point out the following (to whom it may concern):
  1. The main information explaining all the further edits was included in 190117-215235-037000, but the ticket was pended by a data editor. So, if it was the same editor who further declined the edits, great chances are it was a deliberate interference;
  2. IMDb provides no guidlines where it would be mentioned that for the same name (person profile) the soundtrack or other tags editing procedure is less strict than moving a credit to a different name. So, after positive editing a bunch of incorrect tags, it is really not clear how a process having the same basis may be declined, and what should be provided more to the basis being previously OK'ed;
  3. The gap between facts and factual data always exists until the sufficient data are logically related to the initial facts. As wished it to be abroad that (some) data-editor(s) have lost the ground for logical appraising to the benefit of intuition and/or procrastinating indolence;
  4. It would be great if all the people involved understand the difference in motivating aspects. If someone does a puzzle on per-hour-paid basis, it would not be a great problem for him/her to redo the same task when it is done right already - the same money for extra-time. But any illogical declines is the strong demotivating factor for a volunteer.

The above 3d-4th points co-relate to another contributing adventures where I prefer do not discuss these matters because the topic may be in further use for complete verification.

Finally, I consider this problem is close now to be solved for the 'Marks Whites', but all the rest persists... With all my hope for better, and respect.
