Emperor please explain how you can go from 30K to over 100K after consistently being between 20 and 40K for extended periods of time. I spend hours networking with people and yes I had to blow off some steam. Please try to be civil.

Between 30K and 40K for 10 consecutive weeks and then a drop below 100K. Are you saying that is the norm?
