Hi! I just paid for my annual IMDB membership...& I noticed that I have TWO pages. I e-mailed IMDB to see if they could merge those into ONE (as both are actually me), but I haven't heard back. How can I contact them more directly? Is there anybody here who can help me? Tricia Riel

Tricia Riel (III) (Actress, Shadow of Memories (2001))
If so, click "edit page" on the (III) page and and correct the name to "Riel, Tricia (II)" which results in a merge of the pages, as instructed in the link given above.
If These are not the pages, please link to the pages you're talking about.

I initiated the "merge process" as you described...& now it does seem like there is only ONE Tricia Riel, but they have lost my profile photo & ALL of my documents & headshots. Oy! I wonder where all of it went? I've looked for a phone # for IMDB, but can't seem to find one anywhere on the site. What should I do?

There is no phone number. IMDb does not offer phone support.
However, you don't need to call them. As the page linked for you warns:

Please note that the updates may happen in stages, which can mean that some credits may disappear for a day or two while the merge is being processed.In all cases, some data will disappear/reappear while the merge is happening. There is no need to panic, nor call anyone. Submissions take 1-7 days to process. You should wait, at least, that long until you get worried something has gone wrong. That you've seen progress, though, should lead you to believe it's processing as it should.

Dear BluesMan... I checked out my IMDB page today...& they have successfully merged everything onto ONE page (my photos, resumes, credits, & my appropriate name too). Thankyou so much for helping me with this. You Rock! :-)

There really is no such thing. If your page is Nazeni Hovhannisyan, it will appear one way if not logged in or logged in to a regular user account, and another way if logged in to and viewing Pro. There are not really two pages...more like two views depending on how the user if viewing the site.
I only see your name in the database once.
