Hey Michelle, I've posted on this forum before but didn't receive any official assistance at the time. Could I get a tenure badge showing the age of my account? It was created between 1996 and 1998.

The account that is just before yours, and a few more, have no date either. But going back a few, tbis one, just before yours http://www.imdb.com/user/ur0155002/ is 2001. I believe the current board system started in 2000. I can't find a date older. I've never seen evidence of boards existing earlier than '99.
There are much older accounts than that. I recently deleted a review from my account (made by my idiot teenage self) that was from 1998. I should've left it really, to show the age of the account. It was the oldest review on this movie, before I removed it:

You'll see there are a bunch of others dating to 1998.
The numbers are not consecutive either. For example. The number you posted is lower and from 2001, yet these higher numbers than mine are from 1999:
