Missing Contributions

Hi there. Something a little strange I wanted to bring up: I had the honour of attending an early Infinity War session, and not long after, I added some parents' guide details. They remained in a pending status for a while, and now are approved. The trouble is, they don't show on the public page, while the contributions of others have been accepted and are visible. It's one thing if my contributions are rejected, but it's another altogether if they are accepted and invisible! Any ideas?

Hi Ariel,

Have you got the 16 digit submission reference and I can take a look?

Regards,
Will

Hey, thanks for replying.

I'm reading 18 - not 16 - digits, but here's one of them:

"#180425-122732-712704"

I hope that helps. I made a number of contributions, so I can give you any of the other codes if needed.

Hi Ariel -

I was able to review the submission you referenced and note that it was declined because the content was duplicates of another submission, if you review the current Parental Guide for "Avengers: Infinity War" you will see that the profanity you reported within the submission is displayed on the guide.  I hope this helps!

Ahh, interesting. Thank you for your help. I know that somebody else already submitted a very similar entry - I suppose what confused me was that:

1. My entries read as "approved" to me.
2. I submitted my entries nice and early and the page remained almost completely blank for days, so if someone beat me to it, the other person's submission sure took a long time to process.
