Missing Plot summary

I updated the plot summary for our project last week, and although all the other updates (such as country of origin) were done the Plot summary is still not showing up, so I'm a bit confused, as they were all in the same update. 

I haven't received any info (via email or on my update summary) to say there was an issue, so just wondering if it's normal to have some elements of an update done, but not others?

We are launching the series next week, so we really want the plot summaries/blurbs to be on there asap. 

Anything else I can do to help facilitate this?

Hi, I've had a look at your submission history and cannot see any recent a plot summary being submitted from this account.

Please could you provide the 16 digit reference number?

Totally understand re processing times, but as I said what is confusing in this case is that some elements have been updated but the plot summaries have not....

Appreciate that officially (per your processing times) plot is listed as Gold (5 days) but again as the other updates were done within 48 hours, I wasn't sure why that was left off.

Do the different updates literally go through different people/departments? Is that how it works?

Hi C,

Different data types are processed at different times. Some items may have a slight backlog, whereas others may not.

I have had a quick look at the submission reference you have provided and can confirm that they are both pending submission. If you look at the processing times page I provided previously you can see that both plot outlines and plot summaries have items older than 30th August.

I would suggest to keep checking back at this page and if the date of the last processed item is more recent than 30th August to contact us and we can let you know if that item was rejected and why.
