Such mismatches usually happen when the credit has just been added. It can take at least a week for all the relevant pages to be rebuilt and this doesn't happen at the same time. If it is a new addition then you just need to wait and it'll slot in.

If you have the ID for the submission you can copy and paste it in here and staff can look into it. However, I think just waiting will solve this.

Michael: I recommend checking to make sure the credit doesn't appear on the page of someone else with the same name as you but a different roman numeral.

I think I'll just wait it out. It is me listed (with my pic) in cast list but not on my page.

Thanks folks!

If you want reassurance you can throw us the links to your entry and the relevant project it is listed on, so we can check there isn't another problem (which seems unlikely at this stage).

Ah ha. There is a simpler answer: All credits in a documentary are, by default, put in the Self section, which is where it is showing up on your page:

No worries. And it is easy to overlook, this isn't the first time it has come up here and I've fallen a foul of it where an acting role is listed under self because either they appeared as themselves (which shouldn't be listed as a self credit and I've been working through some to fix this) or they are playing a role in a documentary (as that title type automatically generates a self credit unless it was the "reenactment" keyword). So there are plenty ways for confusion to sneak in.
