We have been trying for several months to get actress 'Scarlett Stitt' (qv) properly credited for her role as Henry's chief antagonist "Moody Margaret" in this film. Included on both her page in the database

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4558714/mi...
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4558714/ph...
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4558714/vi...

AND on the film's page in the database

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1684555/p...
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1684555/e...
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1684555/m...

are the NUMEROUS sources crediting her participation and role.

We have also included a screenshot of the actual onscreen credits:

AND a video clip of the credits roll from which the screenshot was taken:

Considering the sheer wealth of sources confirming her work, can anyone offer a valid and believable reason why her being credited has been overlooked for over more than three months?

If I had to guess I'd suggest it is because of processing backlogs, although 3 months is getting on a bit - can you give us the ID of your submission so staff can look into it?

I'd also recommend you sending that screenshot in via the data verification page, if you haven't already:

Are you repeatedly sending in the same correction? If so you'd want to stop and let the processes work through. It hasn't been officially confirmed, but my reading of the page suggest resubmitting the same submission puts it back to the end of the queue again. So you could keep submitting the same thing forever and never get it accepted.

I do not resubmit until the update has not appeared when the queue informs that it is past time to have been acted upon. I posted here because I was getting no response there, and did not want to resubmit again after so many have been ignored.

I'd take the processing times given on the site as a minimum. You should really only submit if the submission has been rejected or it has been 3 or 4 months.

As I say, the best thing to do is use data verification to support your submission and this might also have the effect of pushing your entry over the finishing line.

According to IMDb there are no unprocessed items from before April 10th, so there is no reason to wait as long as three months.

Welll OK 3 months may be a little OTT but I'd wait more than a month.

My point being: you are better off not resubmitting (unless it has been rejected), but adding evidence through data verification. If that fails post the ID here for staff to check. Resubmitting being the last option, in most cases.
