missing movies in best movies according votes

Why this feature doesn ́t show turkish movie Celal ile Ceren and indian movie Vishwaroopam which have obtained more then 20 000 votes? Is there any problem with false votes or why?

Because it works this out based on regular voters, so people signing up to stuff votes (for example) have little impact on this. As far as I'm aware that is, IMDB don't provide many about their algorithms, weightings, and rankings so people can't game the system.
