Mission: Impossible - Fallout writing credits out of order but WGA locked

The writing credits for Mission: Impossible -- Fallout are in the wrong order. The "based on the television series created by" should be first as you can see it is at timestamp 20:53. The "written by" should be second as it is at timestamp 21:08.
