When rating user reviews, now there is a thumbs up and thumbs down option that used to only be available on the full site.

After clicking on two thumbs up, they both read 'You have found this review to not be helpful'.

Now, is this text just incorrect, or have the reviews been given a negative rating?

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled I can only rate reviews as not helpful.

When I click the thumbs up on a review it always says "you have found this to be NOT helpful", so I can't rate a review as helpful! That's a bit of a problem, no?

The case kind of reminded of the reports/rumors of digital ballot kiosks (used in some States) that would inform the ballot caster that he/she voted for the George W. Bush when that voter clicked on a photograph of John Kerry, or vice versa, or something like that. Haha.
