This says that Mohit raped both Arya and Charles, but I believe that is not what is intended.
I believe this should be "At a Valentine's Day party, Mohil decides, with his cousin Charles help, to retaliate by brutally raping Arya."
The rest of this sentence eludes me. Is Baburam a lookout (watchman) for the drug peddler Jagan? If so, was he the lookout for the rape or a rapist?
Maybe it should be:
Mohil decides, with his cousin Charles and Baburam, to brutally rape Arya at a Valentine's Day party. Baburam is the watchman for the powerful drug dealer Jagan.
