Most Voted Featured Films ranking is mixed up and remains the same for 3 days now

Most Voted Featured Films ranking is mixed up since a movie with more votes than the one above does not go up in the ranking for 3 days now. The position remains the same although a movie (for example The Revenant) has a lot more votes then the movies above in the ranking

When do you think will this problem be solved? Is it a software problem or something else? It's very confusing and annoying to me because i watch movies according to this list from top to bottom and since the ranking hasn't been updated correctly, the positions of the movies in this list is not up to date on a daily basis like it usually was.
