Move of executive story editor to writer's department declined

Twice I've tried to add the executive story editor in to the writing department of the MacGyver episode Blow Out. (Oddly, it allowed to delete the credit out of Other Crew and also change another episode but not this one.) The last submission was #200603-152754-466000.

This is a change that was made to IMDb rules probably after the original data was entered. This is now the third series that I've had this problem with. Can you either change the algorithm for approval or, if humans are actually involved, have them read IMDb's guidelines. This is beyond frustrating that this happens. Also, can we have submissions processed as a single entity. It makes no sense at all to delete a credit out of one section and not add it to the proper section or accept a "cast complete" verification if you decline necessary edits to make it complete.
