Movie credit disappeared

I was credited in a movie and was listed in cast on IMDb and I disappear on the page. How can this be resolved?

John: Do you have, or can you get, a screen capture showing your name in the credits of the movie? If so, please post it here, and also provide the link to the film's IMDb page.

I have not been credited for The Free State of Jones where i portrayed The Knight Company as seen in the Credits in the Theater. Please help! I have included a couple of images and have many more if need be. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1124037/

Hi John,

Thanks for the screenshots, I've amended your existing (uncredited) credit on the title to (as John Carpenter) as it displays on screen. The will now display on your name page.
