How does your idea differ from what we already have in the details section of a title page:
I come across this when I,m scheduling movies to tape from TCM or making selections within our library inventory
Only Sometimes is the language shown on the DVD cover or IMBD title page.

It sounds like you're saying the language data is not provided for some titles. Can you provide the url for an example?
