My country of residence is USA
My Title display country is USA
My title display language is English

So why do i get the DANISH titles of foreign movies like this one? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3808342/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

I think i chose denmark as my country of residence when i first made my account, but i later changed it all to USA. But the danish titles are still showing up!

Sorry for the inconvenience.  This is a known issue and it is tricky to provide the best experience due to the way we store some of the information about original titles and local titles.

Until we have a full solution, our recommendation is to go to your site settings at https://www.imdb.com/preferences/general and on the menu "Title display country" please choose "Original" which is the first item on the menu.  This will block the localization of titles which should improve things, even though there will still be some issues.

It's an improvement for sure, but the title is now in the original language which i can't read either. So why is Danish still being stored by imdb even though I've changed my language? This has been a problem for years now. I've seen people from 2013 having this same problem.

Yes, sorry.  This is one of the reasons for the changes covered by https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/upcoming-changes-to-several-imdb-features-du6man1opd5q0 ... we are in a better place to fix this on-going problem now.
