It would be awesome if u can select more options to find movies you haven ́t seen yet.

Like; year: 1980+
votes: 10000+
rating: 7,2+
animated: no

etc. it will be much easier to find a type of movie u would like to see.

Thanks in advance,

Cheers, Daan

Hi Daan,

Much of what you describe can be done with an Advanced Title Search (http://www.imdb.com/search/title). To exclude animated films requires editing the link.

Start with:
Highest Rated Animation Feature Films Released 1980 to 2013 With User Rating Between 7.2 And 10 and At Least 10,000 Votes
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?coun...

... and put a ! in front of genres:

You can do this through advanced title search:

http://www.imdb.com/search/title

Granted the no to animations can't be done directly, but if you say yes to animation you get:

http://www.imdb.com/search/title?genr...,

Then you add in the ! switch to say not:

http://www.imdb.com/search/title?!gen...,

Which is what you wanted.
