Amazon S3 issue

I have been downloading the data set files on Amazon S3 for a few months now, but last week started getting "Access denied" messages. My S3 account is fine so I can't figure this one out. What could cause this?

S3 is a service to access the Amazon cloud. IMDb data sets are available there, though not as wide as on the FTP service which is about to be terminated.
