Migdia: First of all, this problem is not hacking. Rather, it just appears that someone has submitted information to your page which you say is false. Basically anybody can submit information to the page of anyone in the database, so that's not hacking.
Second, IMDb doesn't want comments like "My IMDb has been hacked by people who wish to hurt me. 'It is never wise to seek or wish for another's misfortune. If malice or envy were tangible and had a shape, it would be the shape of a boomerang'. Charlie Reese, syndicated columnist" in your biography. If there is an error on your page, it should just be corrected without adding comments about those problems to your biography.
Third, see https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/names-biographical-data/biographical-data-guidelines/GMT9... for information about correcting your birth date. (I notice that there is a discrepancy not only as to your birthdate, but also your birthplace -- Cuba vs. Florida. Both of those items would be corrected in the Date of Birth section.)
The best evidence you can provide that your birthdate should be corrected would be to make a copy of the relevant page of your passport, upload it to Dropbox, and then submit a request for deletion of your birthdate to the Help Desk using the form at http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/contact_form.
Please note, though, that this could mean that IMDb will post your real birthdate, whether or not you want them to do so. If that isn't satisfactory for you, you will have to wait for an IMDb staffer to comment on this thread, since I don't work for IMDb and have no authority over whether your birthdate gets posted or not.
I hope this helps. Good luck!
