Hello, Donna.
Firstly, as ACT_1 suggested, it might be very useful to either specify the instance of misspelling and/or page, or 10-digit Contribution ID.
Secondly, if it is an alternate name which was used on some productions, it could be easily corrected by correcting the attribute containing the misspelt name.

Thank you for your help! Where would I get this 10 digit number and where would I post it. I have tried very hard to change it and it is driving me nuts. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm6432076/ here you can see that because it was spelled wrong in the credit, it was also added incorrectly to my alternate name. My last name is spelled Hosseinzadeh.

10 digit reference numbers could be recovered from your update history, which is accessible there.
I looked into the problem and it turns out that it is much deeper then I thought: although you have an attribute, it could not be corrected, because title is unreleased. How attribute got here in the first place is a bit of a mystery. Most likely at some point the title was marked as released but it was changed back to "completed".
Do you happen to know whether title had any sort of screening or release yet? Because if it had, then both production status and your attribute should be corrected, but if it was not yet released, then the only thing we can do is delete the alternate name entirely and wiat until some sort of release will surface to instate a correct attribute.

Thank you! How can I delete the alternate name entirely? I believe I have tried but it has not worked.
