I have been trying to update Biography of my page.It has been more than 36hours and the Biography has not been updated yet. Kindly tell me how long it takes? or is there any issues with my Biography ?

The reference number you posted indicates that the submission was made on February 11th. As of this posting (February 12), give at least 2-3 more days for the update process and appear on all IMDb servers.
