Why are my credits not appearing after 2 weeks but some I submit that day are accepted? I've never had this much of a problem adding credits and it's becoming more inconsistent with the editors and increasingly frustrating when I'm paying for this service. I have no problem cancelling if this does not get resolved. Thank you.

Michelle...I've also been having problems lately with my credits. I've been using IMdb for my resume for years and all of a sudden there not adding and being very inconsistent with my credits.

I've worked on Arrow and Legends more than a few times and had no problem getting my credits up...all of a suddent the editors aren't adding them? I recently did re-shoots on Deadpool..again not adding my credits. Coordinators use IMdb quite a bit to look up performers and if the editors are randomly just not adding credits I'm not sure what I'm paying for? Thank you.

Paying for, nor cancelling, will have no effect on the submission of credits. IMDbPro offers you access to industry-related areas of the site and the ability to add photos, resume and contact information. Having Pro or not has no impact on the process of submitting nor staff having the ability to verify information submitted. Either you need/want the Pro features or not. Cancelling or paying is your decision and the page editors probably won't know, one way or another (nor probably care). They're only concerned with accuracy in the display of data on the site.
Good luck!

Hey bluesman...thanks again for your reply. I do understand that editors don't know nor care about my subscription I'd really like to know why now suddenly none of my credits are being added. Do IMdb staff ever answer these at all?

One potential problem...according to the Data Processing Times page, stunts backlog is about a week. Also, re-submitting while in processing can cause great delays (I am not sure, but I suspect it re-starts that clock as the old one gets pulled from the stack to be compared to the new one and they both-in this case, at least three-get put in the bottom of the stack).
While you seem to have waited a bit the first time, you then piled on more submissions without waiting. Also, did you add an evidence the second or third time? If the title is from 2016, how would they verify it?
Arrow was submitted twice within the past 7 days...neither have gotten to the processing time yet...they likely haven't been seen. But, having submitted it twice, it might take longer than usual.

151101-032921-5850002015-11-01 03:29:21Deadpool (2016) (not added)For starters, again, re-submitting causes delays. Also, did you add evidence to support the submission?

New, yet-to-be-released, titles where cast/crew list has been supplied by production, can cause delays or rejections, even, of single submissions made by an individual. So, adding evidence for this one (if their only means of verifying is that list from production which clearly didn't include you) would be important to have included.
I do understand that editors don't know nor care about my subscriptionThat, and since it's irrelevant with regards to submitting data, you should probably just leave it out of the discussion and stick with "Here's my submission number, can staff check on it for me?...and here's some extra evidence to support it, can staff add it for me?"
There could be 1,000 different reasons why one submission is accepted and another is not. The ability to otherwise verify would be big. It really is a waste of time to say, "this one got accepted fast, the next did not" as they are not likely identical (and of course the backlog can change on a minutes notice...if you submit one, then I submit 1,000, then you submit a second, your second one is at the end of the list of 1,000, etc.).
Do IMdb staff ever answer these at all?Yes. Daily. It's one of the main purposes of this forum.
However, they'll expect you to have submitted, waited the appropriate amount of time for there to be an "accepted/rejected" decision, then post the most recent submission (and add, where you can, evidence to support it), without all the drama of "well I didn't have this problem before, I pay for this, If you don't add what I want, I'll cancel..."
It's far better to be brief and stick with the details of the submission.
Not flooding them with multiple submissions and spreading the issue over several discussions here helps too. Both are confusing and cause extra effort and time. Also, keep in mind that IMDb documents what is in the on screen credits. If you're making submission for titles that don't have on screen credits yet, it could make verifying the submissions difficult and time consuming. Adding any evidence you can will likely make them go through more quickly and easily since it'll be right in front of the page editors.
Just my two-cents.
Good luck!

If you already answered this, does that mean IMdb staff won't answer it now?

Hi J Bell,
When someone posts submission numbers to check on the status of submissions, staff will reply and look into it. Other users posting with answers would not cover such action as we cannot see into the submission number. Only you and staff can see your submissions.
An example would be, the other thread you'd posted in. Since then, Michelle checked the status of the OP's submissions https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/credit-not-appearing
To make sure it's noticed, though, you could watch the most recent submission of each and if a little more than a week has passed and no action, you could start a new thread, call it something like "Staff: Please check status for my submissions," and in the text field, provide the numbers and, if you have it, upload images that might help in verifying...any documents you have (and obviously, if you can, a screen cap of the credit appearing).
As always, make sure you've submitted it properly (marked it as "(uncredited)" if not credited on screen, etc.). You can, to correct a submission, re-open it and add or correct what is needed, and then submit it.
