My lists have disappeared

OK well I'm officially p****d that there is no email address for customer support, unless you are a 'pro' member...

Anyway. My lists on IMDb have disappeared. I created two, which have completely vanished. And my Watchlist now has 6 titles on it, when it originally had just under 400 titles.

I did not use a different login like Facebook, or accidentally logout or anything. My login is the same as usual; and I even logged out and in again to check... but my lists are still vacant.

What is going on here?

You can contact IMDb by email. You just have to find the link at the bottom of the main Help page that says
and fill out the most appropriate form. It's not just for login help.

For customer support via email if you can't find the answer to your question on our Help site, please visit the Contact Us page and select Log in/Sign up Questions > IMDb Account > Other sign up questions then select "Email" and let us know how we can help.
