My name doesn't show up on my IMDb lists (it shows a blank space)

Since I've made an IMDb Pro account, my name doesn't show up on my old IMDb lists anymore. I used to have the option to choose how my name appears, but now there's no option any longer, just my ID, but not even my ID is shown on my lists. It's just a blank space. Here's one of my lists: http://www.imdb.com/list/ls073107699 
I also don't have the option anymore to choose my real name in the section "Choose how your name will be displayed" in my Review Profile. Also, when I'm logged into my account, I don't see any longer my real name displayed, it's just my ID now.
