My name is not credited properly, due to the uniqueness of it. I need this rectified

My legal name is m James Porter Foust. I use m James P. Foust as my stage name. So far, I have only been able to be credited as James P. Foust. My first name, legally, is the letter m - distinctly, the lower case letter m, with no period following. Just m(space)James. I can show documentation to prove this, although the most current shows in all caps, so that the m cannot be distinguished. With several credits about to be added, this issue will become a problem for me. How can this be fixed?

It is one of the main principles of IMDb to preserve the names in credits the same how they spelled in original video sequences. Your name-page may be entitled with your real name, preserving all the peculiarities, but then all the credits where it is spelled another way should be provided with additional data, e.g. (as M James P. Foust).
