My new contributions keep getting declined

My contribution #200418-222034-201000 keeps getting declined. It's a film I directed, and I can confirm all the information is correct. It's available on Amazon Prime so it exists online to view. There's a page set up on The Movie Database as well so it exists everywhere else. What information am I missing? I feel like I've provided adequate evidence that it exists.

Maybe you are submitting it with incorrect title type? Just a guess. Where was your film first released? Theaters, DVD, online?
