My photo has been removed from IMDb following on from cancelling IMDb pro. I had a photo uploaded prior to joining but now my credits remain photoless since cancelling IMDb pro. Can you reinstate my photo please

Please know that when you cancel your IMDbPro membership, any photos uploaded to your page via IMDbPro are removed; an active IMDbPro membership is required to retain the photos on your IMDb page.

Thanks Claire but I had a picture on IMDb before I became pro and that’s gone too, since I upgraded and then cancelled?

I've reviewed our records and see all of the images were uploaded via the Pro membership. As a result, I am not able to republish these photos in the absence of an active membership.

I don’t want the photos I uploaded via the pro account. I want the one profile picture uploaded when I first opened an IMDb account. The reason I know it was different is because I thought it would change automatically when I made changes to my IMDb pro account and it didn’t change to my new one until I changed a setting. Please reinstate the first photo I uploaded as my profile before I signed up to IMDb pro and added the other three photos. Thank you
