I have tried to update my credit list on IMDB several times for the same movie. The credit has not appears. I have friends that were also cast members of the same movie. The Great Gatsby 2013. Submission id is 130904-124129-200000. What could be the problem and what is the resolutions? Would a screen shot of me in the film help? Thanks in advance.

Were you credited for the part in the movie credits?
If not; do you have an IMDb profile with actual credited credits as of now?
If the answer is no to both of the above questions, then you will probably not be able to add the credit to a new profile, at least not until you've appeared credited in other movies and gotten an IMDb profile.
Check the rules for for uncredited credits: http://www.imdb.com/help/show_leaf?un...
Quote: "You need to have at least one pre-existing credited entry in the database."
And the rules for IMDb profiles: http://www.imdb.com/help/show_leaf?re...
Quote: "Whenever possible, and with a few exceptions, we list credits exactly as they appear on screen."
If you are eligible by the above rules, then you should create a data verification case (http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_ver...) with the latest update reference number as reference, providing the screeners with verification of your claim, siting either other online sources or pictures of the credits and/or yourself in the movie, etc.

Hi Erik -
As cartman_1337 suggests, providing evidence will help IMDb staff verify your missing credit. You are welcome to post your evidence as a screen-shot here and our staff can take a look.

Michelle-- is there an email address where we can contact imdb employees to report site-related problems in a non-public forum?

This is a great conversation that's separate from the main topic, so I created a new topic to continue the discussion. Please reference the new topic here: How to report problems in a non-public forum?

Thanks for providing the screen capture, I have forwarded your evidence to our data editors for further review (as well as your additional evidence provided within the HelpDesk). The update should be processed in the next 2-14 days.
