My edits for Steven Hahn of Starchaser aren't coming

Hey I just made edit credits for Steven Hahn for animated films like The Lord of the Rings, American Pop and The Care Bears Movie for production manager as uncredited on June 27 and they aren't coming. If you want the source its: http://www.hahn-productions.com/Hahn.htm and why is it taking so long than it's regular run and am I on the blacklist of reviewers cause I don't see my reviews come up anymore?

I don't know if that specifically means he performed those duties for those titles as opposed to his company doing it.  It's not clear to me that he should be named in credits.

As I've said to you before, you should probably stick to what's in the on screen credits. 

Continually submitting questionable items usually will affect your ability to get future submissions approved.

I'd say, stick to what's shown in the on screen credits.
