My (5) movie credits have been combined with another person's account. I recently completed a short film CRAZY JOE and discovered that my five acting credits are logged under Timothy James Carr. That is not me. Can you fix this?

Since you have stated that you have 5 acting credits, and Timothy Carr (I) has six, you cannot use the name split function, and will have to update the credits individually.
I am assuming that you do not currently have an IMDb Name page. If you do, the procidure will be slightly different.
In this case the best solution is to start at the main Name Page for Timothy Carr (I)
Working from the Name page rather than the various titles provides the Data Manager will all the changes in a single submission so it is more likely to all go smoothly.
Click on the yellow Edit page button near the bottom of the page.
Select Correct/Delete from the dropdown menu beside Actor Credits (in the Filmography (acting) Section.
Click the Continue button (at the bottom of the page.
Change Keep: to Correct in the Action column beside each of the Credits that should be yours.
Check the box beside Show name? at the bottom right corner of the form.
Click Check these updates
The form will now have a new column titled Name.
Remove the Roman numeral from the name in each credit you wish to change - i.e. change the name to Carr, Timothy
Check the box beside provide an explanation to assist in processing this change for each of these credits
Click Re-check these updates
Under each credit you will now see a long error message beginning We have these exact matches :- followed by a list of names
Select the radio button beside This is a different person not currently listed - create 'Carr, Timothy (III)'. (the 2nd last option)
(Note: the (III) is the current value, it might have changed by the time you do this)
Enter the reason for the change; something along the lines of I am Timothy Carr, and I performed these roles. I am not the same person as Timothy Carr (I) so I am moving these credits to a new name.
You will probably want to enter this once, then copy/paste it to the other credits
Click Re-check these updates
All the items should now have a green background. If any don't, make the correction(s) indicated by the message(s).
Once all is correct, you can Submit these updates
This change should be done within the week, but it might take longer. Also, sometimes credits will disappear for a while during the move, so you should wait at least 24 hours (preferably 48) before reporting any apparent glitch
Good luck.
