My submission is being ignored, even though there is proof

Juliette Angelo (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4337287/reference) played a character named Emily Fornell on NCIS episode Devil's Triad (#11.10). She is only listed in the credits as "Emily", yet near the end of the episode she states, ""My last name is Fornell, after all.". I've tried to correct this three times - 140524-101358-411000 and 140524-101459-739000 - but still no change. Why?
Also, I don't know how to add this actress to the Emily Fornell character page.

Just to be clear, the Emily (who says her last name is Fornell) played by Juliette Angelo is supposed to be the same person as the Emily Fornell at http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0407855/ previously played by Payton Spencer, even though they are played by different actresses, right?

Since the IMDb listing does not have an (uncredited) attribute, she was presumably listed in the on-screen credits. Was the character name listed on screen?  If she was listed on-screen as just Emily, that is how it should be listed on IMDb.

A check of the Episode page indicates she is presently listed with the Character name of Emily Fornell.

No it isn't. They still have her listed as just Emily (Devil's Triad #11.10) on the episode page and the actresses page. You must be looking at the first girl to play Emily Fornell page.
Just checked the episode, they just put the actresses name in the opening credits, they didn't put who she was playing, ergo, if they can put Emily, since the character says "My last name is Fornell, after all.", they should put Emily Fornell in the credits.

You are looking at the reference page. The 'new style' page for Devil's Triad shows the line :
Juliette Angelo ... Emily Fornell
The reference and combined pages are on the older update system, which requires a rebuild before the latest data is displayed, and this can take up to 48 hours longer than the pages on the new update system.

If the character is not shown on screen, then this full name is probably quite appropriate. If a character is sometimes displayed on screen with a particular name, then it is best to match that name when the character name is not displayed; otherwise, the full name is the preferred choice.

I just looked at all three of the links you sent me. The Emily Fornell link only lists Payton Spencer.
The link for Devil's Triad shows Juliette Angelo - Emily. I don't see a "new style" page

If you have set your preferences to default to the Reference page, you will not be able to see the new style page unless you uncheck Show reference view (old title/name page layout)  and Always display full cast and crew credits on the Site Preferences page.

If the URL in the Address bar ends in /reference or /combined when you click on the  Devil's Triad link, then you did not see the actual page I linked which is http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3297782/. Originally, IMDb's Full Cast  or Reverence options defaulted to that option when you first opened that Title, but would allow the user to modify the URL to get the standard option. Unfortunately, they have changed the system so that with either of those selected there is no way to see the standard page.

This is very inconvenient, as I need to see both pages, even though I want the combined page most often. So I now have to key in the /combined text almost every time. They have made it even more inconvenient now, as I have to carefully remove the ?ref.=... crap, rather than just adding the text at the end of the URL. Once again, IMDb seems to be ignoring the best interests of its long-time members.

Now I know the problem. That sucks. It won't let me delete "combined". That's bullshit.

I agree.

You can only remove it by changing your Site Preferences.
It is a nuisance to go to that page, change the potions, save the changes, return to the desired page, reload it, view it, return to Site Preferences, change the option back, save the changes, and exit; therefore I leave the option off and add the /combined extension.

P.S. The change has percolated through and credit shows now on all pages as Emily Fornell.

Yeah, I noticed that today...about time, too. Thanks.
